Hi, I’m Kate Lino, and I can help you get there because I’ve been there.

I changed careers more than once. 

I’ve survived and thrived as a single mom after divorce. 

I started my own successful business in my 40s.

And I’ve kept moving toward big dreams in spite of great loss.

Over the last seven years, I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars in my own coaching, therapy and personal development. I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t, and now I’m sharing those lessons so you, too, can create the life you’ve dreamed of.

My holistic coaching approach is customized to you and integrates mind, body and spirit – along with inspired action.

    If you know you want something different, but aren’t sure what “it” is, we’ll work together to uncover your dreams. Many times that means getting quiet enough to listen to that little voice (your intuition). I’ll teach you tools to help you tune in.

  • Small Steps, Big Leaps

    Anytime we do something different, our bodies kick in to protect us: DANGER, DANGER! That chronic response can really hold us back. Together we’ll work on ways to embrace your fear and regulate your nervous system so we can then make plans for your future from a calm, relaxed state.

  • Fear is Your Messenger

    It’s easy to get overwhelmed when you look at where you are currently and where you want to be. That leap can seem impossible. Together we’ll reverse-engineer your leap and create smaller hops to get you to your dreams. Along with a plan, we’ll work on trust, release and patience.

My journey

Seven years ago, I took a huge life leap and left the security of a mid-management job at a legacy national nonprofit to start my own consulting business.

As a single mom to a then-11-year-old, I was overwhelmed with fear. My family did not support my decision to leave a stable nearly 10-year career, which further added to my indecision.

I’d been thinking about starting my own business for FIVE YEARS. The whisper eventually became a scream, and I couldn’t ignore it any more.

So I hired a coach. Together over the next four months, we worked out my escape plan. And she helped me grow my faith muscle so I could take my own courageous leap.

Since then I’ve worked with a number of coaches to help me grow my business, work on my money mindset and teach me invaluable marketing skills.

The decision to hire my first coach is one of the best and most significant life choices I’ve ever made.
